Pour sa programmation spéciale de l’automne, L’atelier La Coulée vous invite à l’exposition ainsi qu’au lancement du zine ALLIAGES!

L’exposition rassemble une série d’oeuvre qui ont été fabriquées à L’atelier la Coulée au fil des années et donne à voir la richesse des pratiques artistiques qui se sont déployées chez nous. Ancien-nes artistes en résidences, membres fondateur-trices, professeur-es, usager-ères, ces artistes nous révèlent les histoires sociales et politiques qui traversent la matière et qui la chargent. Dans le zine vous trouverez des archives des 6 ans d’existence de l’atelier, des entrevues des membres fondatrices et des textes rédigés par cinq de nos membres déployant leurs réflexions autour de l’atelier et du travail du métal.

For our special fall programming, Atelier La Coulée invites you to the exhibition and launch of the ALLIAGES zine!

The exhibition brings together a series of works that have been created at L’atelier La Coulée over the years, showcasing the wealth of artistic practices that have taken place here. Former artists-in-residence, founding members, teachers – these artists reveal the social and political histories that run through the material and charge it. In the zine you’ll find archives of the workshop’s 6 years of existence, interviews with the founding members and texts written by five of our members setting out their reflections on La Coulée and metalwork.
